通过转录组学测序和生物信息学手段相结合的方法,挖掘和鉴定与癌症发生发展与转移相关的非编码RNA

利用分子生物学、细胞生物学和动物模型等手段,研究lncRNA在癌症重要细胞信号通路中的分子机理
